The next stop ! The bottom of the world

Flew approximately 30 hrs to reach Buenos Aires, Argentina.

....another 4 hrs to reach the bottom of the earth...El Calafate almost near to the Antarctic.

Early in the morning took a cruise to the glasiar. Look at the sun rise, the whole scene was like in a picture,..or in a photo. Nothing that I can ever imagined !

Cool,...Cold....everything was pure white. The feeling like you are in dreamland

...Indescribable !

Nyonyachef embrace the coldness

Glaciar Perito Moreno. There are lots of iceberg floating around the boat.

Like how the titanic was sunk,....the iceberg we saw is merely 10% floating on the surface of the water, the rest 90% you wouldn't know how big it is.....

Nyonyachef was speechless, partly tooooo cold to talk,....I'll like to quote what the local in El Calafate says..."THERE ARE PLACES WHERE YOU REMAIN"....."AND THERE ARE PLACES THAT REMAIN IN YOU"...the most memorable place that I ever been

Next stop...back to Buenos Aires....to Brazil !

Iguazu Falls, Brazil

Nyonyachef goes to one of the biggest fall in the world. 4km wide, approximately 330ft high.

Iguazu Falls on the Argentina side.

Brazil was just a stop point,....at least managed to cover all the 3 wonderful falls in the world.

Lima, Peru

Nyonyachef took a boat out to island hopping- Islas Ballestas

The islands and the waters around them are home to hundreds of thousands of birds, large colonies of sea lions, pelicans, penguins, and dolphins.
Later we took a flight to watch the Nazca Line. Till today, no one knows exactly who created the lines or how and why, theories hold that the lines were the product of the Paracas and Nazca cultures sometime between 900 BC and 600 AD. 

Some say the lines were a type of astronomical calendar for agriculture, an alien landing pad, a running track, walkways joining ceremonial sites, or part of a water cult. The lines must be viewed from the air. 

Why not photo,....most of us threw out....Arghhhh.....

Nyonyachef patronized the local coffeeshop

Plaza de Armas, or Plaza Mayor, is the historical center of Lima for visitors sightseeing in Central Lima. This landmark was founded in 1535, although almost all of the original structures were lost in the earthquake of 1746. The only remaining in Lima's Plaza de Armas was the bronze fountain in the center, built in 1651.

Today this site is one of the UNESCO World Heritage Site
